Refocus User Research to Better Understand User Needs
Through workshops and extensive user research, Lion created three key personas to represent Arrangr’s target audience and their needs: Consultants and Sales Representatives, Administrative Professionals, and Cross-Organizational Professionals (ie. Education and Non-Profits). We uncovered the needs and preferences of users in these groups when evaluating online scheduling solutions.

Professionals in the Education and Non-Profit sectors require efficient methods for scheduling recurring meetings with individuals from various organizations. They seek streamlined solutions that seamlessly integrate multiple software platforms and offer the capability to save preferences for future recurring meeting requirements.
Consultants / Sales Representatives
Consultants and Sales Representatives prioritize time-saving tools as their key interest. They firmly believe in the adage "time is money," understanding that by minimizing the time spent on administrative tasks, they can dedicate more valuable time to revenue-generating activities.
Administrative Professionals
Administrative professionals seek enhanced efficiency in scheduling group meetings, aiming to bring large groups together seamlessly. Their primary responsibility lies in orchestrating these gatherings with optimal organization. To achieve this, they require comprehensive visibility into each participant's schedule to minimize unnecessary back-and-forth communication.
Reevaluating All Aspects from Voice to Visual to Build a Cohesive Design System
We began the branding process with workshops to establish a strong foundation, utilizing an objective design process that prioritized alignment through a north star brand mission. The next step involved developing multiple stylescapes with iterations and design options at each stage, as well as employing an agile process to conduct comprehensive user research to better understand the perception of the brand. As a result, we were able to revitalize and energize Arrangr with a renewed brand identity.
New Horizons and Innovative Marketing Evolution
Our process not only helped us achieve our original goals, but it also uncovered several other growth strategies that will be utilized in the brand's relaunch. As we continue our partnership with this growing startup, we have also prioritized creating backlogs, product roadmaps, and new approaches for research and development to unlock innovative aspects of the product. By truly understanding our users and refocusing the brand to better meet their needs, we have not only achieved immediate results but also opened up new horizons for the future.
