DIGITAL STRATEGY
Approach
The existing digital approach and brand expression were reviewed in a series of breakout groups to establish a new path forward. We identified the need for demystification of the product with our eyes on using infographics with animated elements to focus the user. We also identified an ROI calculator as a major user conversion point that would be a useful tool.
Project Goals
Our goals were to focus on high stakes user conversions, express the brand based on repositioning insights, and to demystify the product to a diverse persona set.

As a tested and reliable approach to engaging users, and enlightening them to how a product would benefit them, we built a ROI calculator that supported the conversion funnel and helped convert leads. We then built a custom Salesforce integration to support the user journey and assist the business development team in securing high-quality leads.

Once we had transformed the brand and reset the style guide to support the goals of the organization, we worked in an iterative process to support the marketing teams needs over the follow months ensure an alignment across social advertising, outbound marketing and other channels.
